Dear Eduard,

I am writing to share a Tenure/Tenure Track *Assistant Professor in 
Environmental Modeling and Simulation* position available at Texas A&M 
University and to request your assistance in soliciting the names of 
potential outstanding candidates. I am hoping you can share the attached 
position announcements with your network.

This position is created as a part of a *multidisciplinary, 
research-oriented, experiment-based cluster program between the 
Department of Architecture and the Department of Visualization*. It will 
lie at the intersection of data-driven design, computer science, 
material research, and contemporary built environmental practice. The 
Department of Visualization expects candidates to have an established 
research agenda in computational design, with a specialization in areas 
such as architectural geometry, simulation, robotics, computational 
fabrication, parametric modeling, augmented reality, and immersive 
media/virtual reality, and other related areas of visual computing.
