MULTIPLE POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW VACANCIES IN ROBOTICS AND VISION
KHALIFA UNIVERSITY

The Khalifa University Center for Autonomous Robotics Systems (KUCARS)
seeks applicants for a number of Post-doctoral Research Fellow
vacancies, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
•   Robot Vision and Multi-spectral Sensing.
•   Multispectral Image Processing for Autonomous Vehicles
•   Real-time fusion of multi-sensor visual data in unknown environments
•   Multiple people detection recognition and tracking using 2D/3D cameras
•   2D/3D Dynamic scenes analysis and interpretation
•   3D Visual Tracking in Dynamic Environments, 2D/3D Recognition
     and Re-identification
•   Suspicious behavior detection in dynamic scenes
•   Semantic-based surveillance and hazard detection in urban environments
•   Multi-scale predictive analysis in urban environments

•       Robotics for Extreme Environments
•       Robotics for Industrial Applications.
KUCARS has state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and actively
collaborates with number international robotics labs. Khalifa
University, through KUCARS, offers a range of and graduate
academic programs and support the organization of the Mohammed
Bin Zayed International Robotics Challenge (www.mbzirc.com).
