Dear colleagues,

the Department of Computer Science at Swansea University, UK, invites 
applications for multiple tenure-track positions at the rank of 
assistant or associate professor. Two positions are part of the 
University's Big Data/Data Science initiative.

The posts, are strategic appointments to expand the Department's 
research base through a new core theme focused on Big Data/Data Science 
and will complement the University's wider investments in these areas. 
All positions are permanent, application deadline December 22, 2015.

The Computer Science Department has a strong Visual Computing research 
group, http://cs.swansea.ac.uk/visualcomputing/ with established 
international collaborations and publications track record. We welcome 
applications from candidates with experience in visual analytics, 
information visualization, scientific visualization, graphics, computer 
vision, machine learning.
