of the well-known musical /The Sound of Music/ which was filmed in 
Salzburg and its surroundings.


In case you want to start your day with a run, nearby you will find 
pleasant sidewalks of Salzach – the river going through Salzburg. 
Exploring parks, lakes and mountains support you to create a great 
balance between working on your PhD and mental and physical relaxation 
for further productive work on your research. This combination will make 
your time as PhD student perfect!
