Our group (REVES INRIA http://www-sop.inria.fr/reves, situated in the
French Riviera, close to Nice) has obtained financing for an EU project,
and
we thus have  the following PhD opening:

REVES is a research group in Computer Graphics with a strong emphasis
on scientific excellence. The list of the group's publications can be

If you happen to have a very good finishing Masters student in Graphics
who would
be interested in this  position I would appreciate it if you could
forward this
email to them. The starting date would be September or October 2011; PhD's
in France last three years.

If a student decides to apply, I will require a full CV, list
of courses with grades for the last 3 years of study, and at least
2 recommendation letters sent directly to me by email

After a preselection phase we will conduct phone interviews.

For the candidates that pass these two stages, we will invite
them here in Sophia-Antipolis so we can discuss more and they can see
the environment here as well.
