<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">The Perception, Display,
and Fabrication Group at the University of Lugano
(Switzerland) is offering Ph.D. and postdoc positions. We
conduct research in the fields of computational display and
computational fabrication, where we develop new techniques
for optimizing content for new devices, such as 3D/VR/AR
displays and 3D printers, to maximize the final quality. Our
research is interdisciplinary as it combines expertise from
computational techniques, hardware, and human perception. We
publish our result at the top computer graphics venues such
as ACM SIGGRAPH and Eurographics. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">The positions in
computational displays will be funded by an ERC Starting
Grant recently awarded to our group. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">We seek candidates to
join our group and push the limits of new displays and
fabrication. We offer fully funded positions and
opportunities to interact within our network of
collaborators from several world-leading research groups in
Europe and North America.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
