We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or
demonstrated interest in facilitating knowledge discovery,
interpretation, and understanding of data/concepts pertaining to
natural/human systems and biodiversityâwith an eye toward
accessibility by a range of audiences from domain scientists to
the general public. Research emphasis might include
geovisualization, information visualization, scientific
visualization, âbig dataâ analytics, geographic information
science (GIS), visual analytics, human-computer interaction, or
image cognition for knowledge discovery and interpretation.<br

of scholarly research; (3) design, teaching, and coordination of
core undergraduate courses in the relevant academic department;
(4) teaching of graduate level courses in area of specialization;
