We are looking for Postdoctoral Researchers to work on
projects in Cultural Heritage Computing at Yale University.
The positions will be initially for one year duration and
renewable for a second year. One of the major projects will be
in documenting and analyzing medieval manuscripts. The
researchers will be responsible for both imaging manuscripts
(with an emphasis on hyperspectral capture) and analyzing the
layout and form of text and pictures in manuscripts. The
researchers will collaborate with scholars to develop software
tools for them to make use of the images and analysis results.
Other projects will involve a wide range of 3D scanning and
modeling at the <a moz-do-not-send="true"
